Samsung Health is an app designed to monitor your daily health. It throws your health stats like total calories you burned, real activity time, and workout history. For gaining or losing weight, just set your goals, and the Samsung Health app will remind you everything, like your calories consumption is up or down and what meals you add or remove to achieve your set goals. When you successfully sign in, you get four primary tabs to navigate through are Home, Together, Fitness, and My page.

Home is the overview tab where you can get health metrics; on scrolling down, and you get the option to add or remove specific health stats manually. 

Together

As its name suggests, the Together tab is to compare your health stats with your friend or family members. You can get connected with friends and family members to do so.

This tab keeps you updated with wellness resources in the form of videos, workout plans, and content from Samsung Health TV. Overall, this tab is aware of every type of health content, including women’s health.

My page

My page is for editing your profile information to add your status and measures such as your height, gender, and weight.

Based on your health measures, it recommends related diet and exercise plans for you.
